Symptoms
You receive the following message when attempting to access Microsoft 365 services:
Access to Microsoft Exchange Online is blocked
Access to Microsoft Exchange Online is blocked by your organization's security policy
Texas Tech IT Security Policy prohibits the use of Anonymizing VPN/Proxy Services when accessing TTU information resources. To access your resources, please disable any third-party VPNs before attempting to sign-in. REFERENCE CODE: 105-A
Cause
TTU IT Security policies prohibit the use of anonymizing VPN connections when accessing TTU information resources.
Resolution
Disable any third-party VPN connections that you may be using, including anonymizing services such as iCloud Private Relay.
Outcome
You are able to sign in to Microsoft 365 services.
