Symptoms
There are multiple possible symptoms:
- Unable to connect to TTUnet Wireless
- When browsing the web while connected to TTUnet (wired or VPN), you encounter theĀ error, "Access Denied" or, "Your network access has been restricted for failing to complete..." or default browser connection errors
- Desktop or mobile applications that connect to TTU services including email and phone (for example mobile mail apps like Outlook and Mail, Teams, Zoom etc.) will not be able to connect. They will usually present generic internet connection errors or connection to server errors.
Cause
You did not complete cybersecurity awareness training that is required to maintain access to TTU systems and services.
Resolution
Sign in to Cornerstone and complete the required course. Access to Cornerstone has not been restricted.
Outcome
After completing the course and waiting one hour, you are able to access IT services again.
