Error: "We need you to sign in again. This could be a request from your IT department or Teams, or the result of a password update."


Symptoms

You receive the following message in Microsoft Teams:

We need you to sign in again. This could be a request from your IT department or Teams, or the result of a password update.

Cause

Your eRaider password has expired in accordance with the published password expiration process.

Resolution

Set a new eRaider password using either the Change Password or Forgot Password option.

Outcome

After waiting 15 minutes, you are able to click the "Sign in" button and use Microsoft Teams.
