Error: "OneDrive isn't connected" after your eRaider password expired


Symptoms

You receive the following message in OneDrive for Business on Windows:

OneDrive isn't connected

Start syncing again by signing in

Your files might not be up to date. Re-enter your credentials to start syncing again.

Cause

Your eRaider password has expired in accordance with the published password expiration process.

Resolution

Set a new eRaider password using either the Change Password or Forgot Password option.

Outcome

After waiting 15 minutes, you are able to click the "Sign in" button and use OneDrive for Business on your PC.
