TTU is required by State of Texas law to block TikTok, WeChat, and other prohibited technologies on university devices and networks. However, personal devices on cellular networks are not affected as long as the personal devices do not have any TTU information on it.

There is no known resolution at this time. TTU technologies are performing as expected.
