Symptoms
You receive the following message when attempting to sign in to Microsoft 365 services, such as TechMail, at TTU:
Your account is currently blocked from signing in. As a result, you may not reset your password at this time. Please contact an admin in your organization and ask him or her to unblock your account.
Cause
Access to your account may have been removed due to a compromise of the account.
Resolution
No one at Texas Tech University or from anywhere else should ask for your password.
Contact IT Help Central for assistance. IT Help Central can help with scanning each of your computing devices for malware, getting your account enabled again, and then checking various aspects of your account for malicious tampering.

You are able to sign in to your account.
