Error: "Account is disabled" when signing in using eRaider


You receive the following message when attempting to sign in using your eRaider account:

Your eRaider account could have been disabled for a variety of reasons.


eRaider accounts are disabled after a period of time when your affiliation with Texas Tech has ended. For major account types such as student, faculty, or staff, you may view our published article about when accounts are disabled.
