The "Return to Prompt" link in the Cognos reports is not functioning as expected.

There is no known resolution at this time.

Information Systems is working with the Cognos support team to isolate the problem and have a fix in place as soon as possible. The campus will be notified through TechAnnounce when the problem is resolved.

You may elect to run the reports in PDF format rather than the default HTML format. You will find that the "Return to Prompt" link works in this format, with a few intermittent failures.

You may elect to choose PDF format using one of the following options:

• Set PDF as your default for all reports through the My Preferences link.
• Set PDF as format using the Run with Options link from the Action column to the right of the report list.
• Set PDF format after the report is first run in HTML.
