When attempting to submit a request for a functional mailbox or distribution list, you receive the following error:

Owner Email must be a valid TechMail address.

This form was designed prior to the default of username@ttu.edu for email addresses, and the validation is looking for a first.last@ttu.edu formatted address.

TechMail administrators are working on correcting the form to allow username@ttu.edu formatted addresses.

Choose a different individual to use as the owner of the mailbox.
