Outlook prompts for credentials each time you open it after changing your eRaider password


Cause

A previous eRaider password is saved in Credential Manager in Windows.

Resolution

Clear out the previous password(s) stored in Credential Manager, or update the entries in Credential Manager to use your current eRaider password.

OUTCOME

Outlook will no longer prompt for credentials when you open it.
