Error: "Account not found" when changing eRaider password


You receive the following message when attempting to set a new eRaider password using the "Change Password" option:

The username you typed was not located in the eRaider Account Management System.


Ensure you typed your username correctly, in the proper format.

If you are not sure about your username, you may look it up.


You will be able to set a new eRaider account password.
