Symptoms
You receive the following message when attempting to set a new eRaider password using the "Change Password" option:
A password may not be reused within a 365 day period.

Cause
The password you typed matches one of your eRaider passwords used during the past year. According to the eRaider password requirements, passwords from the last year may not be reused.
Resolution
No one at Texas Tech University or from anywhere else should ask for your password.
Type a new password which you have not used during the previous year.
OUTCOME
You will be able to set a new eRaider account password.
