Error: "You have not set contact information. Please contact your institution's IT customer support department." when resetting eRaider password


Symptoms

You receive the following message when attempting to set a new eRaider password using the Forgot Password feature:

You have not set contact information. Please contact your institution's IT customer support department.

Cause

You have not set a contact phone number for your eRaider account.

Resolution

No one at Texas Tech University or from anywhere else should ask for your password.
