Error: "Password length does not meet requirements" when changing eRaider password


Symptoms

You receive the following message when attempting to set a new eRaider password using the "Change Password" option:

Password length does not meet the requirements

Cause

The length of the password you typed does not meet the eRaider password requirements.

Resolution

Type a new password which meets the criteria.

OUTCOME

You will be able to set a new eRaider account password.
