Error: "Password length does not meet requirements" when setting an eRaider password


Symptoms

You receive the following message when setting a new eRaider password:

Password length does not meet requirements

EXAMPLE: From "Forgot Password" utility:

EXAMPLE: From eRaider Account Manager:

Cause

The length of the password you typed does not meet the eRaider password requirements.

Resolution

Type a new password which meets the criteria.

TIP: The password criteria is on the same screen under the heading "Requirements".

Outcome

You are able to set an eRaider account password.
