You receive the following error message when attempting to use an eRaider-authenticated service at TTU:

Your account or password is incorrect. If you don't remember your password, reset it now.

You typed the username or password incorrectly or it has been less than seven minutes since you last changed your password.

1) Ensure that you are typing your username and password correctly.

2) Ensure that it's been at least seven minutes since you changed your eRaider password.

OUTCOME

You will be able to sign in without experiencing the error message.
