Symptoms
You receive the following error message when attempting to use an eRaider-authenticated service at TTU:
Your account or password is incorrect. If you don't remember your password, reset it now.
Cause
You typed the username or password incorrectly or it has been less than 15 minutes since you last changed your password.
Resolution
1) Ensure that you are typing your username and password correctly.
2) If you recently changed your eRaider password, ensure that you've waited at least 15 minutes before trying to sign in.
3) If you are still unable to sign in after completing the previous two steps, you may consider resetting your password.
Outcome
You are able to sign in without experiencing the error message.
