In the notification area in Windows (bottom right-hand corner of the screen), you see an exclamation point over the Windows Security icon. If you hover your mouse pointer over the icon, the follow message appears:

Windows Security - Actions recommended

Your eRaider password has expired in accordance with the published password expiration process.

1) Set a new eRaider password using either the Change Password or Forgot Password option.

2) Restart your computer.

Outcome

The message you received cannot appear and the exclamation point is not present.
