Error: "Your password has expired" on eRaider


Symptoms

You receive one of the following messages from the eRaider system:

Your password has expired.

"Your password has expired" message on eRaider website

Your password has expired. Type your updated password and try again.

eRaider website message "Your password has expired. Type your updated password and try again."

Cause

Your password has expired in accordance with the normal password expiration process.

Resolution

No one at Texas Tech University or from anywhere else should ask for your password.

Change your password at https://eraider.ttu.edu by clicking Forgot Password or Change Password.

Outcome

You are able to use eRaider services without receiving the message "Your password has expired."
