During eRaider account setup, you receive the following message when clicking "Complete Account Set-Up":

Please contact IT Help Central and specify the error message that you received.
OUTCOME
IT Help Central will investigate and provide assistance.
Workaround
In the case that you are unable to sign in to the eRaider account or if the account has not yet been created, please redo the eRaider account setup process.
