Student can sign into eRaider Account Manager but not student-related services (e.g., Blackboard, eBill, class registration)


There may be multiple PIDMs in Banner or there may be multiple eRaider accounts under the student's name.


Contact IT Help Central for assistance. IT Help Central has standard processes for consolidating multiple entries in Banner and/or eRaider for the same person.


If the student had multiple PIDMs in Banner or multiple eRaider accounts, they will be able to access services normally after the records are consolidated.
