Multiple eRaider accounts exist for same person


This can happen when a customer has more than one entry in one or more of the following systems:

  • Banner
  • TTU K-12 student records


Automated processes attempt to identify and prevent multiple eRaider accounts from being created, but this is not always possible due to differences between these systems and human error. When multiple accounts do occur, a standard process exists for consolidating them. For assistance, contact IT Help Central.


Once the accounts are consolidated, you will be able to access IT services normally.
