Employee can sign in to eRaider Account Manager but not employee-related services (e.g., leave reports, earnings statements, travel system)


Symptoms

An employee can sign in to eRaider Account Manager but not employee-related services, such as:

  • Leave reports
  • Time sheets
  • Earnings statements
  • ePAF
  • Chrome River travel system
  • Blackboard Learn
  • Faculty, Employee, Advisor, or other similar tab in Raiderlink

Cause

There may be multiple PIDMs in Banner or multiple eRaider accounts under the faculty or staff member's name.

Also, it's possible that their ePAF has not processed.

Resolution

Contact IT Help Central for assistance. IT Help Central can see the status of your ePAF.

Also, if multiple accounts exist, IT Help Central has standard processes for consolidating multiple entries in Banner and/or eRaider for the same person.


OUTCOME

If the faculty or staff member had multiple PIDMs in Banner or multiple eRaider accounts, they will be able to access services normally after the records are consolidated.

If the problem was due to an incomplete ePAF, access will be in place once the ePAF is approved.
