The eRaider Account Manager interface will not allow international numbers to be added to the directory information.
Contact IT Help Central and they will submit a request for an international number to be placed into the directory information. Please provide the following information:
- Your eRaider username
- The phone number
- The field in which it should be displayed (e.g., Mobile, Fax, Assistant, etc.)
IT Help Central will create an issue in your name and work with the appropriate administrators to review the request.
