Cause
The eRaider Account Manager interface will not allow international numbers to be added to the directory information.
Resolution
Contact IT Help Central and they will submit a request for an international number to be placed into the directory information. Please provide the following information:
- Your eRaider username
- The phone number
- The field in which it should be displayed (for example, Mobile, Fax, Assistant, etc.)
Outcome
IT Help Central will create a request in your name and work with the appropriate administrators to review the situation.
