Symptoms
Your phone number not listed in eRaider Account Manager but is listed in Raiderlink.
Cause
Your phone number may be marked as unlisted in SPAIDEN (sprtele_unlist_ind), which is a form in the Banner records system.
Resolution
Email hrs.compensation.operations@ttu.edu requesting to make the phone number listed.
OUTCOME
Human Resource Services will mark the phone number as listed in SPAIDEN. The phone number will then be passed from Banner to the eRaider Account Management System the next business day.
