The phone number to be formatted must be a valid 10 digit US phone number!

Cause
Your phone number in eRaider Account Manager is not formatted properly.
Resolution
Use https://raiderlink.ttu.edu and https://eraider.ttu.edu to update your phone number in the directory listings.
OUTCOME
You will be able to successfully sign in to https://www.net.ttu.edu/esi.
