Symptoms
After sending an email message from a non-TechMail address to a TechMail recipient, you receive a message similar to the following:
Message not delivered
Your message couldn't be delivered to someone@ttu.edu because the remote server is misconfigured. See technical details below for more information.
The response from the remote server was:
550 5.4.1 [someone@ttu.edu]: Recipient address rejected: Access denied [CO1NAM04FT018.eop-NAM04.prod.protection.outlook.com]
Cause
The email address you used may be invalid.
Resolution
Check with the intended recipient to ensure that you are using the correct email address.
TechMail users may view their current address through eRaider Account Manager.
Outcome
You will be able to send the intended email message successfully when using the correct address.
