You received a mailing through the TTUS/TTU campus mail system (MailTech), but the mail stop number is incorrect, or you did not receive your mail because your mail stop number on the mailing was incorrect.
The HR information in the Banner system has an incorrect mail stop number stored for your records.
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the information that needs updated.
Once your information has been updated, it could take up to 72 hours before changes take effect on all systems. After that time, new mailings through MailTech should reflect the information you provided.
