Problems receiving ePAF notification emails


Symptoms

You are not receiving email notifications of ePAFs awaiting your approval or further action. These notification emails are sent daily at 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

Cause

The email notifications may be incorrectly flagged as junk email.

Resolution

Check your Junk Email folder for messages from epaf@ttu.edu. If the messages are being treated as junk, you can add epaf@ttu.edu to your safe senders list.
