Blank page after opening the Texas Tech Mobile app


After opening the Texas Tech Mobile application, you see a blank page with the menu icon:

Cause #1

You either have a weak Internet connection or no Internet connection at all.

Cause #2

You have corrupted data or a corrupted cache on your device


Resolution for Cause #1

Ensure that you have a solid Internet connection, either through Wi-Fi or a cellular data network.

Resolution for Cause #2

Clear the data and cache from the application settings on your phone.


You will be able to use the app without problems.
