Student cannot access TechAlert because not enrolled for classes


Cause

If you are not currently enrolled in classes, you may not be able to sign in to the TechAlert Contact Information webapp to update your information for TechAlert emergency notifications.

Some incoming freshmen may have been given fliers about this topic during orientation.

Resolution

Wait until you are enrolled for classes for a current or upcoming semester. Then you may attempt to sign in to TechAlert again.


OUTCOME

You will be able to update your emergency contact information in to TechAlert.
