Unable to connect to a computer in the ATLC Remote Access Lab
Cause
Possible Cause #1
If you saved the computer name in your RDP client software and did not use the ATLC dashboard, there is a possibility that someone else has already connected to that computer.
Possible Cause #2
Your computer is not configured to use the TTU RDP Gateway.
Resolution
Resolution for Cause #1
Choose to connect to a different computer via the dashboard at https://remoteaccess.labstats.com/texas-tech.
Resolution for Cause #2
Please ensure you are using the settings in the Remote Desktop solution overview. Navigate to "Connect using remote desktop" and click the operating system that applies to your device. Review to ensure that the settings match.
OUTCOME
You will be able to access one of the computers remotely.
