Error: "Internal Error. Please contact WEPA support." while using the wēpa printing kiosks


You may receive the following error while using the wēpa printing kiosks:

Internal Error. Please contact WEPA support.

This error may be caused because you are a staff/faculty member and have never had your RaiderCard enabled by the University ID office. Student accounts have the RaiderCard service enabled by default, but staff/faculty do not. Even if staff/faculty have a RaiderCard physically, they may not have the RaiderCard service enabled.


Contact the University ID office to get your RaiderCard service enabled.


You will be able to print from the wēpa kiosks.
