Unable to switch from a call on Mac to using the Polycom handset during a call


Unable to switch to Polycom handset when taking a call in Skype for Business on Mac.


In order to use your Polycom handset during a call, you must answer the call using your handset.


When a call comes in, both your Polycom handset and your Skype for Business software will ring. When this happens, you can pick up the call using either one but will not be able to switch between the two. To use your desktop phone during the call, use that device to answer the call to start with.


You can take a voice call in TTU Unified Communications using your Polycom handset.
