Error: "Our records indicate you have already purchased or reserved an ePermit" on Parking website


Symptoms

You receive the following error when trying to renew your parking permit through the Transportation & Parking Services website:

Our records indicate you have already purchased or reserved an ePermit for year. If the error continues, please contact the Transportation & Parking Services @ 806-742-PARK or parking@ttu.edu.

Cause

For faculty and staff already on payroll deduction, your ePermit will renew automatically.

Resolution

Transportation & Parking Services requests that you sign into your parking account at www.parking.ttu.edu to verify the accuracy of your vehicle information, as your ePermit is assigned to your vehicle license plate(s). It is very important that the vehicle information is accurate at all times. If your information is correct, no further action is needed.
