Symptoms
You receive the following message in Blackboard Learn:
Users with your role do not have personal grades. Your grades with the courses you're enrolled in will appear after your instructors have made them available.
Cause
The course instructor has set "My Grades" as the entry point to the course.
Resolution
The instructor should complete the following steps:
1) Go to Admin tab > Courses.
2) Search for course.
3) At chevron drop-down menu, choose Export/Archive.
4) At next window, choose the Export button.
5) From the Control Panel, click Customization and then Style.
6) Under "Select Course Entry Point", change the selection from "My Grades" to "Course Tools".
7) Click the Submit button to update the form.
OUTCOME
The message above will no longer appear.
