Symptoms
You receive the following message on the "Attachments" tab while editing an issue in FootPrints Service Core:
Warning
Sending email notification with these attachments can take several minutes.
Total size of attachments is: 12345 KB
Cause
Some large files are attached to the issue. FootPrints is giving you a warning that if you choose to send the files to someone via email, it may result in an undeliverable message or the message taking a while to be delivered.
Resolution
Exercise judgment when deciding to send large files via email.
OUTCOME
You will be able to use FootPrints successfully.
