Unable to sign into Housing website because eRaider/TechMail was activated on same day


You receive the following error when attempting to apply for housing:

ERROR: Email isn't recognized in the system


You may not be able to apply for housing the same day that you set up your eRaider account or TechMail account. It may take up to 24 hours for the Housing system to update to reflect the newly activated eRaider account or newly created TechMail address.


Students who receive the error above may still apply for housing, and the next day the Housing system will recognize their TechMail address and they will begin receiving emails from Housing.
