Symptoms
When attempting to access MyTechLaw, you receive the following error message:
You can't access this site
You (john.doe@ttu.edu) don't have permission to access this site.
Cause
New students who have never attended the School of Law will receive this error message if they are not currently enrolled in courses.

If you are new student and not enrolled in courses, access will be granted once you are enrolled in courses for the semester.
If you are a current student enrolled in courses but cannot sign in, the School of Law's technology staff can assist with accessing MyTechLaw. You may obtain law school technology assistance by calling 806-742-4897 or emailing computersupport.law@ttu.edu.
Outcome
You are able to sign in to MyTechLaw.
