Error: "Access Denied" when attempting to sign in to MyTechLaw


Symptoms

When attempting to access MyTechLaw, you receive the following error message:

Cause

New students who have never attended the School of Law will receive this error message if they are not currently enrolled in courses.

If you are new student and not enrolled in courses, access will be granted once you are enrolled in courses for the semester.

If you are a current student enrolled in courses but cannot sign in, the School of Law's Information Technology department can assist with accessing MyTechLaw. You may contact Law School IT by calling 806-742-4897 or by emailing computersupport.law@ttu.edu.


OUTCOME

You will be able to sign into MyTechLaw.
