You receive the following message when attempting to paste an image into the Description & Resolution field in FootPrints Service Core:

Please use the Paste Image from clipboard button.

You attempted to paste an image into the rich text field by using Ctrl+V on your keyboard or by right-clicking and choosing Paste.

To paste images into the rich text field, you should use the button "Paste image from clipboard". For details, please see About Java features and the WYSIWYG rich text field in FootPrints Service Core 11.

OUTCOME

You will no longer receive the error message if you paste images using the 'Paste image from clipboard' button.
