Error: "Your Luminis session has expired or you have logged in from another browser"


Symptoms

You receive the following message when attempting to sign in to Raiderlink:

Session Expired

Your Luminis session has expired or you have logged in from another browser.

Cause

You may have signed in to Raiderlink from another browser. You can only be signed in from one browser at a time.

Resolution

1) Type https://raiderlink.ttu.edu into your browser's address bar and press Enter/Return. Then, sign in using your eRaider account if prompted.

2) If you still cannot access Raiderlink, try a different browser, or try closing and reopening your browser.

3) If the problem persists, you may wish to try clearing your browser's cookies, history, and cache.


OUTCOME

You will be able to access Raiderlink.
