Simultaneous multiple user access into Raiderlink gives users an error message.
Cause
This may be due to a problem with the eRaider Web Sign-in service.
Resolution
Please contact IT Help Central with the exact details of the error message, the date/time the error occurred, and what browser and operating system you were using at the time.
Outcome
IT Help Central will investigate the problem. They may assign a request or incident in your name to system administrators for further review.
