Symptoms
You receive the following message when attempting to connect to MyWeb:
The operation being requested was not performed because the user has not been authenticated.
Cause
You may not be connected to the TTUnet network.
Resolution
If you are not connected to the TTUnet network with a wired or wireless connection, establish a TTUnet VPN connection. Then, attempt to browse to your MyWeb folder again.
OUTCOME
You will be able to access MyWeb.
