Symptoms
When accessing a site stored on MyWeb, you receive an error similar to the following:
500 Internal Service Error
Cause
A configuration error on the server is preventing the site from displaying properly.
Resolution
1) Contact IT Help Central with the exact error message.
2) IT Help Central will confirm that the exact error above can be reproduced. If it can be reproduced, they will assign your issue to MyWeb system administrators for investigation.
3) System administrators will investigate the matter and assign the issue back to IT Help Central. Administrators may have to reset your MyWeb account where the files are stored.
OUTCOME
You will be able to access the site stored on MyWeb without error.
