Symptoms
When accessing a site stored on MyWeb, you receive an error similar to the following:
500 Internal Service Error
Cause
A configuration error on the server is preventing the site from displaying properly.
Resolution
1) Submit a website assistance request. When submitting the request, please specify the exact error message. Include a screenshot, if possible.
2) IT Help Central will confirm that the exact error above can be reproduced. If it can be reproduced, they will assign a task to MyWeb system administrators for investigation.
3) System administrators will investigate the matter and assign the task back to IT Help Central. Administrators may have to reset the MyWeb account where the files are stored.
Outcome
You are able to access the site stored on MyWeb without error.
