Symptoms
The incorrect portal shows up when signing in to Raiderlink or WebRaider. For example, if you are affiliated with TTU but when you sign in to Raiderlink you are presented with TTUHSC WebRaider instead. Another example is if you are with TTUHSC and when you sign in to WebRaider you are presented with the TTUHSC El Paso WebRaider instead.
