An incorrect entry was made for "time spent" on an issue in FootPrints Service Core


Cause

The data was entered incorrectly by the support agent.

Resolution

1) Contact footprints.ithelpcentral@ttu.edu with the issue number and the information about the correct time that should be entered.

2) FootPrints administrators will correct the time spent on the issue, and they will inform you when complete.


OUTCOME

The time spent will be correctly logged in the issue.
