Symptoms
When sending an email to a mailbox set up with FootPrints Service Core, table formatting is not retained.
Cause
Per BMC Support, tabular formatting is not retained when you create an issue via email. This is per design.
Workaround
Copy the table directly into the description and resolution field when editing the issue directly.
