Columns for customer issue history in FootPrints take up limited space on screen


When you view the issue history for a customer, the columns take up a limited amount of space. Even when you increase the size of the columns, they only take away space from the existing columns; the total width of all the columns together cannot be increased.

This is a confirmed defect in FootPrints Service CoreĀ 11.6.x.


There is no known resolution at this time.


Use the advanced search feature at the top of your home screen in FootPrints to search for issues related to this customer.


The search results will appear at the bottom of your home screen with more space allocated for column data.
