Symptoms
When you are in the Video Manager in YouTube and you change the thumbnail for one of your videos, it doesn't update.
Cause
Your browser has the old thumbnail cached and is displaying that instead of the new thumbnail.

Refresh the page, or try clearing your browser's cache. You can also use a different computer/device, or use a different browser on the same computer/device.
