FootPrints Service Core is not sending email to a particular address

Cause

FootPrints may be doing this to prevent an email loop if the address to which the message is being sent is configured in one of the FootPrints workspaces.

EXAMPLE: If address1@ttu.edu is configured for your FootPrints workspace and you are emailing address2@ttu.edu from an issue, FootPrints may not send the email to address2@ttu.edu if that address is configured as the email address for an alternate workspace in FootPrints.

Resolution

There is no known resolution at this time.

Workaround

You can send the email from your personal TTU account or from a functional mailbox. Then, copy and paste the message into the issue, or forward it into the issue from your personal TTU account.
