Unable to access online course for EEO non-discrimination training


Your eRaider account or Banner records do not reflect a current staff or faculty affiliation.


If you are a new employee, most likely your ePAF has not been processed through Banner yet. Permissions to access online training resources for TTU and TTUS faculty and staff are based upon having a current affiliation in Banner. The eRaider system then updates from Banner early the next morning.


Wait a few days and try again. You may also ask your college or department's employment services coordinator (ESC) to check the status of your ePAF.


Once your records in Banner reflect a current affiliation as faculty or staff, the eRaider system will update automatically the next morning and you will be able to sign into online training.
