Unable to access Texas Tech websites when Covenant Eyes is installed

Cause

By default, Covenant Eyes does not block TTU-related websites. However, the Creators Update for Windows 10 has proven to cause some problems with the application which can make the software block arbitrary websites, including Texas Tech's.

Resolution

To resolve this problem, the Covenant Eyes software will need to be uninstalled and re-installed. This will require reaching out to Covenant Eyes' support team, as they must generate a special code to allow the user to uninstall the software.

Reach out to Covenant Eyes at 877-479-1119 and ask to speak with Brandon Key between the hours of 2:30 PM - 10:45 PM, Monday through Friday.

Outcome

Brandon Key will assist the customer with re-installing the software to resolve the problem.
